Do I have to be Catholic to use this?
No. You don’t need to be Catholic to use this guide.
That said, the 7-Day Identity Reset is designed for women who have been baptized and are open to reflecting on identity through a Christian lens. Much of the language and reflection is rooted in a Catholic understanding of baptism, dignity, and the interior life. If you’ve been baptized, even if you’re unsure where you stand right now , this reset will make sense and meet you where you are. If you’re not baptized or not comfortable with Christian prayer language, this may not be the right fit, and that’s okay.
What if I don’t really know who I am yet?
That’s not a problem; it’s the starting point.
This reset isn’t about having answers, defining your calling, or figuring out your whole life. It’s about creating space to reconnect with your identity at a deeper level ... spiritually and personally... so clarity can come later.
You don’t need to know who you’re becoming yet.
You just need to be willing to begin paying attention.
This guide is designed for women who feel the pull toward something more, even if they can’t name it yet.
What if I don't feel invisible, behind or broken but just want to get clearer on my identity etc?
